Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in installing and repairing refrigeration systems. Responsibilities
- Install and maintain refrigeration systems to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in air conditioning and refrigeration units.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams.
- Lead projects related to the installation of new refrigeration systems or upgrades to existing ones.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience as a Refrigeration Engineer or in a similar role within the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in installing and repairing various types of equipment.
- Familiarity with air conditioning and refrigeration systems and their operation principles.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings related to refrigeration systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in refrigeration or HVAC engineering are preferred.
- Full UK Driving License is mandatory.
