The Role
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role within our kitchen brigade, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high-quality food across our weddings, events, and restaurant service.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to take ownership of their section, contribute ideas, support junior members of the team, and play an important part in maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Working in a busy wedding venue, no two days are the same. You will gain experience across a wide variety of service styles, from large-scale weddings and private events to restaurant dining and overnight stays. You will work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and have the opportunity to showcase your skills while being part of a passionate and supportive kitchen team.
We are looking for a confident and motivated chef who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys delivering exceptional food in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to lead by example and help maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for running your section to a consistently high standard
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service
- Maintain excellent food presentation, quality, and consistency
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Contribute ideas and support menu development
- Work effectively across weddings, events, and restaurant service
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality-focused kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and service standards
- Ability to confidently run a section independently
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
