Purpose of the Role
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking Surveyors to join our team in both the North and South of England.
The role involves undertaking site surveys across a wide range of projects, gathering detailed site information and ensuring all project requirements are accurately captured before works commence.
This position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys travelling, working independently and visiting a variety of locations throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site surveys nationwide.
- Assess existing site conditions and identify potential project constraints or requirements.
- Gather measurements, photographs and technical information required for project delivery.
- Produce accurate survey reports and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal project teams.
- Attend site meetings where required.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
- Provide practical recommendations to support project planning and successful delivery.
- Support project teams throughout the lifecycle of projects where survey input is required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Previous surveying experience within construction, engineering, retail fit-out, facilities management or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of building and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK, including regular overnight stays.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,500.00 per year
