Salary: £65k+ bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday NO WEEKENDS
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacist to join their pharmacy team in Rothesay, Isle of Bute. This is an excellent opportunity for a GPhC-registered pharmacist looking to further their career within a supportive, patient-focused environment.
As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and support the pharmacy team, driving performance while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the pharmacy.
- Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care and outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide professional advice and support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and improve the patient experience.
- Resolve problems effectively and make informed clinical and operational decisions.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships.
