Job Summary
Pure Resi Ltd, part of the Lodgecrest Holdings PLC Group, are seeking an experienced and highly professional Lettings Negotiator to join our established team. Based in Dorking, Surrey, Pure Resi is a respected residential housing provider, delivering high-quality homes and a service-led approach across its portfolio.
The successful candidate will take a proactive role in managing the end-to-end lettings process, maintaining strong relationships with our tenants, and external stakeholders, and ensuring all transactions are conducted efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard. This role is well suited to a commercially minded individual with strong market knowledge and the ability to contribute to team performance.
As a key member of our lettings team, you will:
- Accompany applicants on property viewings
- Manage enquiries from applicants via phone and email
- Register, qualify and manage applicants.
- Follow up enquiries to maximise opportunities
- Negotiate lettings and oversee tenancy progression
- Maintain accurate records of all activity using our dedicated software package
- Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
- Providing support to your colleagues in your managers absence
- Conduct regular property inspections and manage all associated follow-up actions.

- Confident, with an excellent telephone manner and strong face-to-face skills
- A natural communicator who can build rapport and long-term relationships
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Skilled in negotiation and customer engagement
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Holder of a full UK driving licence
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in lettings
Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
20 Days Holiday (rising to 25 with service) plus 8 Bank Holidays.
