Noor Capital UK Limited is a financial services firm Authorised by the FCA, specializing in online Forex and CFD trading for a range of professional and corporate clients.
- Help and assist the back office to open customer accounts by liaising with applicants, to collect and process the relevant information required for account opening, to chase applicants for missing information, and to update records during the account opening process.
- To maintain and update customer records and account information post account opening on an on-going basis.
- Maintenance of CRM database; Link all sales manager activities on CRM database (meetings, calls, events etc)
- To help back office & IT Teams in dealing with the customer’s queries; assessment and notifying the needs of the clients; selecting and executing the best solution to solve the queries; expediting actions or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- To help back office and admin teams in producing the relevant statements and to produce EOM FM managers statements.
- To maintain and update the RP record and reports and inform management of any changes and discrepancies noticed.

- Liaises with other senior staff to determine the range services and products offered by NC UK contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets.
- Help to assist senior managers to prepares proposals for marketing and sales strategies.
- Send marketing literature to clients as required.
- To help teams with the admin work on an Ad-hoc basis.
- Must have a relevant post graduate qualification
- Must have a basic understanding of back office functions (preferably in a FX environment)
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic (due to the nature of client base)
- Strong client service mentality – understands what constitutes excellent client service
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A willingness to take ownership and coordinate between internal/external customers
- Ability to prioritise time, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office (especially MS word, MS excel & MS power point)
