Privacy Compliance Associate

We’re looking for a Privacy Compliance Associate to support data protection across the business, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations in a fast-paced, international environment.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career privacy lawyer to gain exposure to GDPR, AI projects and global data governance.
What You’ll Do

Provide day-to-day privacy advice across the business

Support DPIAs, including high-risk and AI initiatives

Advise on data sharing and cross-border transfers

Draft and review privacy policies, notices and agreements

Handle DSARs and data breach responses with the DPO

Support audits and broader Ethics & Compliance activities
What You’ll Bring
-
Qualified lawyer (UK or EU) with 1–3 years PQE
-
Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations
-
Experience handling DSARs, incidents and privacy queries

Ability to draft and review privacy documentation

Strong communication and stakeholder skills
-
Proactive, organised and detail-focused
Desirable:

CIPP / CIPM or equivalent
-
Experience in compliance or AI/privacy frameworks
