Smarter Cover, a well-established life insurance brokerage firm, is experiencing sustained growth and seeking talented Sales Consultants from various backgrounds to join our dynamic team. In 2024 we have successfully onboarded 46 professionals to the teams with plans to bring our total number to 100 by 2025.

Your Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our growth and success. Whether you’re looking to kickstart or further develop your career, Smarter Cover offers the perfect environment to thrive.
· Outbound telephone sales, roughly 50 – 250 per day.
· Using our expertly sourced leads & converting them into sales. Management of sales pipeline working on a 20-25% conversion rate
· Applying for Life Insurance with our customers over the phone, working out which product best suits their needs
· Working on a busy sales floor
Your Skills:
· Drive, tenacity, resilience and enthusiasm
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Work efficiently and at a fast pace with managers to prioritise tasks
· Sales experience of some capacity would be ideal, but by no means necessary.
· Drive to continuously improve personally and professionally
· Experience in a customer facing role, working with the British public

Your Rewards:
· Salary starting from £24,000 - £30,000
· Competitive and realistic OTE of £40,000 - £75,000 Depending on previous experience
· Working Hours: 9 – 6:30 everyday
· 1 hr for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks
· Monday to Friday – no evenings no weekends!
