We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Material Movement Operative to join our new manufacturing operation in Rotherham. This is a hands-on role supporting warehouse, production, and logistics activities, ensuring materials and finished products are safely moved, stored, and dispatched.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse / Material Movement Operative, you will:
- Receive and unload deliveries using manual handling techniques and forklift trucks.
- Check incoming goods for quantity, quality, and any damage.
- Move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the site.
- Ensure production areas are supplied with materials ahead of manufacturing schedules.
- Prepare finished products for dispatch, including wrapping, labelling, and palletising.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management activities.
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe working areas.
- Report equipment issues, stock discrepancies, and safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Valid Forklift Truck Licence.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work safely and follow procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Experience with goods-in, goods-out, or stock control processes.
