Job Overview
Dinotropolis, based in the premier Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, is a dinosaur-themed activity centre for children and their caregivers, offering a range of fun, educational, and entertaining activities focused on physical activity, intellectual curiosity, and soft play. Through staff directly interacting with the children, Dinotropolis aims to provide a fun and deeply engaging experience for children and their parents/carers.

Main Duties – In addition to the adherence to Dinotropolis Policies and Procedures
- Managing the service delivery of the entire team
- Ensure all staff are focused and always motivated
- Ensure all operational procedures are always followed
- You’ll never be bored! Your varied role will include managing and covering: Front of House duties (bookings, payments and guest liaisons). Working in the café: (taking food orders, delivering food, maintaining a safe and CLEAN environment). Leading attraction activities and Party hosting
- Attending to individual children’s needs as they arise, delivering the highest levels of customer service/guest experience. Ensuring that visitors of all ages are always safe and secure. Keep a close eye out for lost children.
- Ensuring that available equipment and facilities are kept clean and in accordance with health and safety regulations and used in a way that promotes the Dinotropolis values.
- Own the visitor satisfaction score(s) with colleagues and respond to customer feedback positively to continually improve the guest experience.
- Participating in team meetings, adding and implementing your views to improve the guest experience
- Supporting colleagues by completing any other duties within the scope of the post.
Personal Specification - Knowledge and Experience:

Desirable:
- NVQ qualification in childcare/Play work or appropriate experience.
- People management and customer service skills
