Duties
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analysing financial data, supporting strategic decision-making, monitoring company performance, and ensuring effective financial controls. The role is critical in helping management understand financial trends, manage costs, and plan sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse financial data, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to support business decisions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Monitor cash flow, revenue streams, project costs, and operating expenses.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts aligned with company objectives.
Evaluate profitability of IT projects, client contracts, and service offerings.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
Support pricing strategies, cost optimisation, and financial planning initiatives.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and company policies.
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors when required.
Assist with payroll analysis, expense management, and financial controls appropriate for a small organisation.
Use financial modelling and analytical tools to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Pay: £35,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
