Bridgegate Security is recruiting confident, professional Door Supervisors to join our teams across Bristol’s late-night economy — including high footfall nightclubs, busy bars, and vibrant weekend venues.

What You’ll Get
- Weekly pay at £13.50 per hour
- Core shifts: Friday & Saturday nights (mid-week work may be available)
- Option to work at multiple venue types across Bristol

What We Need
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (a must have)
- Smart, professional appearance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and confidence when handling customer interaction
- Experience in nightlife security (preferred, not essential)
