Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, making them feel comfortable and valued
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using proper serving techniques
- Serve drinks, cocktails and meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed diligently to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage table turnover smoothly by coordinating with kitchen staff and other team members
- Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and provide correct change
- Maintain a clean, organized work area including bar, dining space, and service stations
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a tidy environment at all times
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly with a positive attitude
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food and beverages
- Strong serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
