About Us
The Brothers Supper is a fast-growing, family-run hospitality brand built around great food, strong service, and creating spaces people want to spend time in. Our pub sits at the heart of that — combining a welcoming atmosphere with quality food and drink, and a growing calendar of events.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Pub Manager to take full ownership of one of our sites and drive it forward commercially and operationally.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pub. You will take ownership of performance, standards, and growth, with a clear focus on increasing footfall, driving revenue, and building a strong local presence.
You’ll be responsible for everything from team performance and stock control through to creating ideas that bring people through the door. This is not just about maintaining the pub, it’s about growing it.
You will work closely with the founders, but ultimately this role is about taking accountability and running the pub as your own.
Key Responsibilities
· Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the pub
· Drive footfall, revenue, and repeat business through initiatives, events, and local engagement
· Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and bar teams to deliver high standards of service
· Take full responsibility for ordering, stock control, and supplier management
· Manage rotas, staffing levels, and team performance
· Ensure the pub is consistently clean, organised, and operating to a high standard
· Work with the founders to develop ideas that grow the business and increase profitability
· Oversee service to ensure a strong customer experience at all times
· Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and all hospitality regulations
· Take ownership of the pub’s overall performance, including cost control and margins
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience as a Pub Manager, General Manager, or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
· A commercially minded operator who understands how to drive sales and grow a venue
· Someone who takes full ownership and accountability not just manages shifts
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
· Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
· Confident managing stock, suppliers, and costs
· A hands-on approach, willing to be on the floor and lead from the front
· Passion for hospitality, atmosphere, and creating a pub people want to return to
Why Join Us
· Take full ownership of a growing pub within an ambitious hospitality brand
· Profit share opportunity directly benefitting from the success you drive
· Autonomy to make decisions and shape how the pub operates
· Supportive leadership that trusts you to run your site
· Opportunities to grow with the business as we expand
· Company pension, staff discounts, and on-site parking
· Competitive salary package depending on experience
