Job Purpose
To support the Scheduling Manager with the planning and coordination of daily landscaping operations, ensuring schedules, Klipboard system job sheets and stock requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly schedules, ensuring job values, shrub requirements, turf quantities, and team information are correct.
- Build Klipboard system job sheets using site drawings and plants schedules.
- Assist with schedule changes and the allocation of teams, vehicles, and equipment.
- Communicate schedule updates clearly to managers and operational teams.
- Ordering material requirements including turf and soil and liaising with Site Managers to confirm quantities and delivery locations.
- Manage turf levels throughout the week to minimise surplus stock and wastage.
- Maintaining order trackers and recording returns and wastage accurately.
- Respond to changing priorities, delays, absences, and weather disruption.
- Proactively take ownership of tasks to support the Scheduling Manager and wider operational team.
- Where necessary, provide cover for the Scheduling Manager during periods of holiday
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams.
- Experience in scheduling, administration or logistics is desirable.
- Knowledge of landscaping industry would be beneficial.

Organised, proactive, dependable, and able to use initiative while working independently or as part of a team.
Reporting Structure
Reporting to the Scheduling Manager and working closely with Site Managers, operational teams, suppliers, and other departments.
