The Digital Trainer will play a key role in supporting organisational adoption and upskilling of Microsoft M365 modules and new/existing digital systems within Velindre University NHS Trust (Velindre Cancer Service and the Welsh Blood Service). The postholder will be required to support the Trust's Digital Inclusion agenda and plan training requirements around the needs of service areas, undertaking a flexible and blended training approach for delivery including in person or virtually digital system training sessions. Along with designing training materials through a variety of methods, ensuring they are appropriate stored and accessible for the organisation.
This post is a fixed term/secondment for 12 months due to funding. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
The Digital Trainer will p romote positive working relationships and effectively communicate with a range of staff from across the organisation promoting enthusiasm, providing reassurance and support via the medium of training. The post holder will be imperative to upskilling staff digital literacy and enhancing digital system knowledge for current and new digital transformation projects.
