We are looking for 2x energetic Weekend Supervisor to lead our team, maintain our high standards, and keep the good vibes flowing every weekend.
What You'll Do:
As our Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee weekend operations, lead an enthusiastic team, and ensure our customers get the ultimate Shakeaholic experience. Your main responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and organise the weekend crew. Assign tasks, keep productivity high, and foster a supportive team environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure top-tier service, handle customer inquiries professionally, and share your passion for our amazing menu.
- Operations & Safety: Manage day-to-day shop operations, including cash handling, inventory check-ins, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Training & Development: Help train new staff and coach existing team members to help them level up their skills.
- Sales & Promo: Help implement exciting sales strategies and promotions to drive weekend growth.
- Facilities Care: Oversee shop cleanliness, including the weekly deep clean of the grease trap and fortnightly cleaning of the ice cream machine (full training provided).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience and 2 years of customer service experience (preferred, ideally in a fast-paced food & beverage environment).
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong multitasking abilities, and the power to delegate effectively under pressure.
- Mindset: Customer-centric, positive, and passionate about giving the best service.
- Logistics: Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Gateshead before starting work.
