Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff or bar team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively by prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or waiter in a busy restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles, serving techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and change calculations
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of health regulations related to food safety and sanitation standards
