Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication as instructed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition to supervisors
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Additional Requirements
- Working alternative weekends (if needed)
- Being on the DBS Update Service is an advantage
- Access to a vehicle is essential
- MUST be willing to travel to FAVERSHAM as most of our routes are there
