Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company, including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, managing responses and managing the interview crew calendars.
- Use applicant tracking systems such as Excel and ATS
- Develop lead generation strategies to attract potential candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with department leaders, managers and candidates through effective communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview journey, providing updates and an engaging experience.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Carry out Pre employment right to work checks and DBS Checks
- Support social media management efforts to promote job openings.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR Practices an advantage

- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Experience working within the electrical or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.

Hours of work - 4 hrs between; Monday- Friday 8am – 5pm
