AC Electrical Services (NW) Ltd is a growing and award-winning electrical contracting business delivering projects across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sector environments. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team and support our electricians and site teams across a variety of projects.
The Role
As a Labourer, you will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operation of our projects by ensuring sites are organised, materials are available, and work areas remain safe and tidy. We work nationally, therefore there is a requirement to work away from home
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting electricians and site teams with general labouring duties.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
- Maintaining clean and safe working areas.
- Assisting with site setup and clear-down activities.
- Supporting the movement of tools, plant, and materials.
- Conducting basic manual handling tasks.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Supporting other operational activities as required.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good timekeeping and reliability.
- Willingness to travel to various sites.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
- Previous construction or labouring experience.
- Experience working on commercial construction sites.
- PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid or other site certifications.
