Full-Time Barista – Ballyness Coffee Shop
Location: Ballyness Resort, Dungiven, Northern Ireland
Ballyness is opening an exciting new coffee shop, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Full-Time Barista to join our team.
Working Hours
- Monday to Sunday (5 days per week on a rota basis)
- Coffee shop opening hours: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Successful candidate must be available from 7:30am daily to prepare and set up for opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and speciality drinks
- Creating professional latte art and maintaining excellent presentation standards
- Opening and setting up the coffee shop each morning
- Providing outstanding customer service to guests and visitors
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering when required
- Supporting the wider Ballyness team when needed
Essential Requirements
- Previous barista experience
- Confident in producing a range of espresso-based drinks
- Competent in latte art and milk texturing
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience working in a busy café or hospitality environment
- Food hygiene certification
- Passion for speciality coffee and customer experience
