An opportunity has arisen to join our small and friendly team at our award winning fish and chip shop in Accrington.
Experience of working in a Fish and Chip shop preferred.
This vacancy is around 16 hours per week, our operating hours are 11:30am-2pm and 4:00pm-7:00pm Monday - Saturday. Please only apply if you are able to work during these hours.

Around 16 hours per week Mon-Sat with specific hours to be discussed at interview.
Salary: National minimum / Living wage.
The main duties of this role are to include:
Takeaway counter service including taking and preparing orders, taking card payments and cash handling.
Providing a table service to customers in the cafe including taking orders, serving food, taking payment, cleaning tables.
Kitchen duties such as cleaning plates and operating a commercial dishwasher.
General housekeeping such as stock replenishment and maintaining our high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Accredited Level 2 Food and Hygiene safety training will be provided.
This can be a very fast paced working environment and as such the ideal candidate must have experience in a similar fast paced role and must also be able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with a variety of people and dealing with cash and card transactions.
We are a small team and so reliability is highly important and flexibility will be required to cover staff sickness / holidays, sometimes at short notice.
