Job Overview
Redrock are looking for a JIB approved electrician proficient installing BMS systems will need to have a Basic DBS clearance this working on a commercial refurb.
Duties
- Install, test, and commission electrical components of Building Management Systems according to specifications and safety standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues within BMS infrastructure using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, connections, and repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate BMS systems with building automation controls.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Proven electrical experience with a focus on Building Management Systems or similar automation systems
- Experience working with power tools for installation and repair tasks.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, circuitry, and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and system manuals clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting electrical faults.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and contractors.
Must have active JIB Gold Card, SSSTS desirable, Basic DBS clearance a must.
