As part of our continued growth in the UK, we are looking for experienced retail security officers to join our team in Reading, UK.
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Full Time - 5 days out of 7 including Evenings and Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and visitors
- Monitor store activity and deter theft, anti-social behaviour, and security risks
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Liaise with store management and report incidents when required
- Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed
Requirements
- Valid SIA Security Licence (Mandatory)
- 1 Years Retail Experience minimum
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Right to work in the UK
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
- 5 Years checkable History in accordance with BS7858
