About the Role
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our friendly team within an adult care setting. This role involves supporting individuals with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, and ensuring a high standard of care is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with meals and hydration
- Encouraging independence and daily living skills
- Monitoring and recording health and wellbeing
- Supporting with activities and social engagement
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- A compassionate and caring nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts
- Right to work in the UK
