We are seeking self-employed cleaners to join our team with immediate start dates available. Duties
- Carry out cleaning tasks in residential or commercial environments, ensuring spaces are hygienic and presentable
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with client specifications
- Manage your own schedule to optimise service delivery and client satisfaction
- Handle basic organisational tasks such as replenishing supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training can be provided for those new to the industry
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is desirable
- Drivers with own use of car are highly desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently without supervision
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards clients
- Ability to manage your own time effectively and meet deadlines
- Own transportation is preferred for ease of travel between clients’ locations
- A proactive approach to health and safety standards
- We cover areas from Glenrothes to St Andrews
