Store Manager – Bake & Brew
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our friendly Bake & Brew team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, leading from the front and setting the standard.
- Oversee the preparation and service of all food and drinks
- Lead and support the team in a hands-on role
- Manage daily operations, performance, and customer experience
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and legal standards
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Create and publish staff rotas
- Work closely with the owner to develop new menu items, including costing and pricing
- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and profitability
- Drive high standards across all areas of the business
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing a café, restaurant, or coffee shop
- Strong kitchen and front-of-house experience
- A hands-on, lead-by-example management style
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- A keen eye for detail and high standards
- Solid understanding of food safety and compliance (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred)
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to introduce new ideas and improvements
- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
Working Hours & Benefits
- Minimum 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts between 7:00am – 5:00pm (no split shifts)
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible working across weekdays
- 3-month probation period with a pay review upon successful completion
