- Enjoy having your own area of the business to drive performance through the people
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, line managers and staff within your designated area
- Partnering with senior leaders, you will identify key challenges and create innovative solutions
- With your flair for sound judgement, you will have an understanding of complex ER case work and the ability to manage these issues so as to pre-empt similar cases arising
- Advise on all areas of people matters associated with change management such as restructures and culture change
- Build and maintain effective relations with the Trade Unions
- Support learning, development and succession planning to enhance performance and talent pipelines
- Using data and analytics, identify trends and implement solutions
- Drive strategic HR projects
Interested parties will have:
- Degree equivalent/CIPD level 7 or proven experience qualification
- Strong HR Generalist experience
- Advised senior managers on all areas of people management
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application in the workplace
- Strong change management, negotiation, influencing skills
- Managed complex case work and have a full understanding of its potential risk to a business
- Ability to resolve problems independently or as part of a team
- Draw reasonable conclusions from a wide range of evidence, making reasonable decisions using clear rationale
- Driven significant HR projects
- Excellent report writing skills
- Sound IT skills – Office 365, HR Systems
Pay: Up to £46,000.00 per year
