We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Host to join our care team in Folkestone. This role is key to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our residents and visitors, ensuring everyone enjoys a positive dining and hospitality experience.
About the Role
Reporting to the Hospitality Lead/Assistant, the Host will support the catering team in delivering high-quality food service and maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Hospitality Lead/Assistant in delivering a high standard of catering and dining service
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and refreshments for residents and guests
- Ensure meals meet residents’ nutritional and dietary requirements
- Maintain cleaning schedules in line with company policies and food hygiene standards
- Keep dining areas, café spaces, and public areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Monitor and maintain supplies of crockery, cutlery, and glassware
- Attend and complete required Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH training
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times
