Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs and materials, suited to the needs of the service users and residents .
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops on various topics.
- Promote, encourage and champion high quality care delivery through engaging learning and coaching sessions.
- Work in conjunction with the Quality and Operations team to be pro-active in reducing risk to residents.
- Forecast learning needs in the services and respond to those identified areas through facilitation and teaching and coaching.
- Create a training matrix to facilitate audit processes
- Recording all trainings on (sale force) HR system.
- Conduct supervision or spot checks on employee to ensure trainings are implemented at service user house on monthly basis.
- Carry competence check for employee on monthly basis in the filed ( while the worker is on Job).
- Require to complete induction/training of all new care staff.
- Training all staff for refresher training including mandatory training.
- Require to provide training and support all branches.
Knowledge of governing bodies relevant to the care sector
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nursing or a related field is essential.
- Background in public health is highly desirable.
- Strong teaching skills with a passion for educating others.
- Excellent public speaking abilities, with the confidence to address large groups.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and nutrition principles.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable manner.
