About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets while ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. You will play a key role in maintaining high store standards, managing stock, merchandising products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, providing outstanding customer service.

Support the achievement of sales, conversion, and average transaction value (ATV) targets.

Maintain accurate pricing, promotional displays, and stock levels.

Process deliveries and book stock onto the system accurately.

Assist with visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and commercially effective.

Encourage customers to join the company mailing list.

Participate in regular stocktakes and inventory checks.

Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and wider team to achieve store objectives.

Support opening and closing procedures when required.

Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable.
