Early Years Teacher & SENDCo
Rozey Days Montessori Nursery
Rozey Days Montessori Nursery is looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher who will also take on the role of SENDCo after training. We are a nurturing and inspiring environment, committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential. The role will be for Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality early years education for children aged 0–5
- If needed complete the level 3 SENDCo course (Nursery funded training)
- Support the current SENDCo on SEND provision, until training is complete, ensuring children with additional needs are supported effectively though planning
- Support and mentor staff in inclusive practices
- Liaise with families and external agencies to ensure every child thrives, completing observations and planning
- Maintain compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards
About you:
- Level 3 or above Early years qualification
- Has an interest in becoming SENDCo in an early years setting.
- Knowledge of EYFS
- Knowledge of Montessori pedagogy is desired
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about supporting children’s development and inclusion
