Your Role
As a Health Care Assistant, you’ll be supporting clients in their homes to live independently, safely, and happily. Duties include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with meals and promoting healthy nutrition
- Supporting with medication (after training)
- Encouraging independence in daily activities
- Companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household tasks
- Keeping accurate care records
About You
We’re looking for people who are:
- Caring, kind, and reliable
- Great communicators and good listeners
- Flexible with working hours
- Drivers with their own car (essential)
- Right to work in the UK (proof required)
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
