Salary: £12.71 - £15.50 depending on qualification and experience
About Us
Becca's House Day Nursery is a warm, welcoming and Hygge-inspired nursery where children, families and staff flourish together.
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in Crowthorne.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing while helping to create magical childhood experiences every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting children's learning and development.
- Creating engaging activities and experiences.
- Building positive relationships with children and families.
- Observing and recording children's progress.
- Working as part of a supportive team.
- Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.
- Participating in outings and community projects.
What We're Looking For Essential
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Positive and caring attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
Desirable but not necessary
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous nursery experience.
- Knowledge of the EYFS.
