Registered Homes Manager – EBD Children's Home | LE4, Leicester
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on qualification) + up to £3,500 bonus
Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Homes Manager to lead a 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children's home in LE4, Leicester, supporting four teenage girls whose main needs centre around self-harm, absconding, and Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) risk. Two of the young people are currently absconding frequently and are at high risk of CSE, so candidates with strong, hands-on experience managing these specific risks will be at a real advantage.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference, leading a dedicated staff team to deliver outstanding, therapeutic, trauma-informed care using the PACE approach.

- Maintaining clear communication through handovers, logbooks, supervision, and staff meetings
- Managing the home's physical, financial, and human resources effectively
- Keeping up to date with statutory and procedural requirements for residential care and cascading this to the team
- Participating in the on-call rota
