Forming Process Technician, Dewsbury
Pay: £13.10 - £16.12 per hour (DOE)
Plus: £2,000 annual shift allowance & 50p per hour attendance bonus
Rotating Shifts:
· Week 1: Monday - Thursday | 06:00 - 18:00
· Week 2: Monday - Wednesday | 18:00 - 06:00

The Role
As a Process Technician, you'll be responsible for operating, monitoring and optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. You'll troubleshoot equipment issues, support maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement across the production facility.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor production equipment and automated processes.
· Identify and resolve process or equipment issues to minimise downtime.
· Carry out routine quality checks and ensure products meet specification.
· Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
· Support planned preventative maintenance activities.
· Work in line with all health, safety and environmental procedures.
· Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
· Support and mentor colleagues where required.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
· Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
· A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
· A commitment to working safely and maintaining high-quality standards.
Desirable:
· Forklift Truck Licence.
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
