About the Role
We are currently recruiting licensed and non-licensed drivers to join our growing team at Arrivals Star. Whether you’re looking for full-time hours or just a few flexible shifts, we have a range of options to suit different needs and lifestyles. No prior taxi experience is required — we provide full training and support to help you apply for your badge and start confidently on our busy network.
Driver Options Available
1. Hourly-Paid Role (Full-Time Drivers Only)
- Drive one of our licensed vehicles - Paid hourly (between £12.40 and £16 per hour) - Company covers fuel, insurance, and vehicle maintenance - Drivers working 45+ hours per week can take the vehicle home and use it for personal use
Please note: This option is for full-time drivers (40+ hours/week) and is best suited to those who are flexible and responsive to the needs of the business. You will be given a schedule, but you must be willing to adjust your start or finish time slightly when required — for example, starting earlier or finishing later depending on the day’s work. This ensures we can continue to offer a high level of service across all contract and private jobs.
2. 55/45 Commission Split
- Rent one of our licensed vehicles
- Keep 45% of your earnings, while the company retains 55%
- We cover 55% of the fuel and airport fees, you cover the remaining 45%
- We provide full vehicle maintenance and insurance

3. Vehicle Rental – Flexible Commission-Based Work
- Rent a licensed vehicle from us - Work flexible hours and earn commission based on your bookings - Ideal for drivers wanting independence while still working on a busy network
4. Use Your Own Licensed Vehicle
- Join our system and start earning straight away - Access a steady flow of bookings across Warrington and beyond
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional attitude and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexibly depending on the role selected
- Must be comfortable with varied vehicle types including saloons, MPVs, minibuses, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (based on demand)
- Good spoken English and customer service skills
