Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, from team management to guest experiences, delivering exceptional experiences, everyday, every shift.
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Ensure all parts of the business are service ready, leasing with other departments and suppliers to ensure we are service ready.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure consistent stock availability.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and profitability in line with the companies processes and applications.
- Lead by example in demonstrating excellent leadership qualities and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques.
- A identifiable passion for being with people and developing your team.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead diverse staff groups effectively.
- Knowledge of food production processes, kitchen operations, and hospitality best practices.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment; barista or hotel experience is advantageous.
- Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or culinary arts are desirable but not essential.
Pay: Up to £34,000.00 per year
