Senior Spa Therapist – Cults, Aberdeen

PURE Spa & Beauty is looking for a confident, experienced and commercially driven Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at our Cults location.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established therapist who takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments, building strong client relationships and contributing to the commercial success of the spa.
The successful candidate must be trained and confident in waxing or intimate waxing. You may also occasionally support our nearby Union Square location, depending on business requirements and appointment demand.
The Role
As a Senior Therapist, you will deliver consistently high treatment standards while taking an active role in growing your client base, maximising every appointment and supporting the wider spa team.
You will be expected to:
- Deliver professional treatments to an exceptional standard.
- Provide waxing treatments confidently and safely, including intimate waxing where qualified.
- Carry out detailed consultations and recommend the most appropriate treatments and products.
- Build strong relationships that encourage repeat bookings and long-term client loyalty.
- Recommend retail products, treatment courses, memberships and packages based on each client’s needs.
- Rebook clients and maximise future diary opportunities.
- Maintain excellent treatment-room, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Support junior or less experienced team members when required.
- Help maintain a positive, accountable and sales-focused working environment.
- Work flexibly across Cults and, where required, Union Square.
- Support the business during evenings and weekends as part of a fair rota.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Trained and experienced in waxing, with intimate waxing highly desirable.
- Confident delivering a broad range of beauty and spa treatments.
- Passionate about creating an excellent client experience.
- Comfortable recommending products, packages and future treatments.
- Target-driven and motivated by commission and incentives.
- Reliable, professional and able to manage a busy appointment diary.
- A positive team member who is willing to support colleagues and the wider business.
- Flexible enough to work occasional shifts at Union Square when required.
Experience in massage, facials, advanced skincare, nails or laser treatments would be advantageous, but additional training may be available for the right candidate.
