Annual Salary £27,698 FTE
We're looking for an organised and proactive Stock Condition Coordinator to join our Asset & Sustainability team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of an important stock condition survey programme.
This is a fast-paced coordination role where you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing surveyor diaries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the survey process. You'll play a key role in maximising access to homes and helping the team achieve programme targets.
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in an administrative or coordination position, excellent organisational skills, and a strong customer focus. You'll be confident managing competing priorities, communicating with a range of stakeholders, and using digital systems to maintain accurate records.
If you're highly organised, enjoy problem-solving, and can quickly build effective working relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
-
Experience in an administration, scheduling, or coordination role.
-
Experience managing appointments, diaries, or service delivery activities.
-
Strong customer service and communication skills.
-
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
-
Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital record management systems.
-
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise effectively.
-
Experience working collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, or other stakeholders to achieve targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can quickly step into a busy programme, keep activities running smoothly, and make an immediate contribution to achieving our survey targets.
