Executive Assistant - Property & Finance
I run several ventures across property, finance and charity. I'm looking for an exceptional EA to be my right hand - someone who takes initiative, takes the lead, and takes control of what needs dealing with.
I start things. I want you to finish them.
This is an operations role, not diary admin. High trust, fast pace, real ownership. We run a modern, AI-assisted setup (Claude, ChatGPT, Monday.com) - serious tools, and I'll expect you to use them well.
What you'll do
- Coordinate solicitors, lenders, brokers, accountants, agents, builders and surveyors - keep every deal moving
- Take matters end to end i.e forms, applications, follow-ups and see them through until executed
- Chase third parties relentlessly until things are done; nothing slips, nothing forgotten
- Keep Monday.com as the single source of truth for every task
- Liaise with charity boards, trustees and partner organisations
- Manage my diary, WhatsApp, emails and daily priorities
What you'll need
- 2+ years as an EA/PA supporting a director or business owner
- Exceptional organisation - obsessive about follow-through
- Fast, sharp and calm under pressure
- Confident on the phone chasing professionals until they deliver
- Comfortable with tech and AI tools
- Property or finance background a plus, not essential
This role isn't for you if
- You need step-by-step instructions or hand-holding
- You go quiet when something's unclear instead of asking
- You've only done reactive admin, reception or diary work
- You want a slow, predictable 9–5
How I work
I explain once, then trust you to run with it. If it's unclear, you ask. Nothing slips - that's the whole job. In return: real autonomy, modern tools, and genuine room to grow as the business does.
Rewards
- £26,000–£35,000 + bonuses, rising to £45,000+ within 12 months on performance
- Mon–Thu 9.30–6, Fri 9–2 · NW2 London, office or hybrid
- Direct access to the person who makes the decisions - no corporate layers
Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Application question(s):
- Do you have experience in the property, mortgages or bridging sectors?
- You're chasing a solicitor who's gone silent for a week on a deal that's time-critical. You've already emailed twice and left a voicemail. What do you do next?
