We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Ad Hoc PSV Driver to join our team.

From game days and prom nights to Christmas celebrations and weekend events, you'll be at the heart of the action—ensuring every ride is safe, smooth, on time, and full of great memories.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally transport passengers to and from their destinations, ensuring every journey is punctual, comfortable, and enjoyable.
- Send a friendly introduction message to the lead customer approximately one hour before pickup, confirming your estimated arrival time.
- Communicate directly with customers if any delays occur, providing timely updates and maintaining a professional approach.
- Collect any outstanding balance (where applicable) and confirm that all passengers are on board before departing.
- Prepare the vehicle before arrival by setting up the entertainment system, glassware, and other onboard amenities to company standards.
- Help clients connect their mobile devices to the entertainment system and provide a brief overview of the vehicle's onboard features.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every journey, creating a memorable experience for all passengers.
- Keep the operator informed by confirming:
- When passengers have been collected and any outstanding balance has been received.
- When passengers have been safely dropped off at their destination.
- At the end of each shift, return the vehicle to the yard and:
- Download tachograph data to the main reader.
- Thoroughly clean, restock, and reset the vehicle so it is ready for its next booking.
- Return vehicle keys to the designated secure location.
- Keep the operator updated on:
- Your remaining tachograph driving hours.
- Any customer requests for additional pickups, drop-offs, or route changes. These must receive operator approval before proceeding.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Must have experience using Tachograph
- Valid D1 PCV licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, professional, and customer-oriented
- High attention to cleanliness and vehicle presentation
Desirable:
- Experience in luxury or private hire transport
- Familiarity with local and Greater London areas
- Additional Information:
- Uniform or branded attire may be required.
- Must be available for regular weekend shifts and flexible midweek availability during peak seasons.
- Full training will be provided on vehicle systems and service expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £17.50-£20.00 per hour
