The School and Role
A friendly and inclusive Primary School in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking to appoint a passionate KS1 Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed teacher who can create engaging and purposeful learning opportunities, while supporting pupils to develop their confidence and achieve their full potential. This is a full-time position working within a Year 1 class, and recent experience of teaching within Key Stage 1 is essential.
Requirements
The desired Teacher will have:
- Experience of teaching within KS1 is essential
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning
- An excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND
