Overview -
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, hospitality professionals to join our front of house team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
Key Responsibilities -
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer any questions about menu items or specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and address any issues quickly.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area.
- Process customer payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cleaning tasks.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience by maintaining service excellence.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships with regular customers and the local community to encourage loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
- Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Bar experienced preferable.
