In this role, you’ll manage your own Private Client caseload, advising individuals and families on matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts while working as part of a supportive legal team.
What’s on Offer?
- Varied Private Client caseload covering both straightforward and more complex matters
- Opportunity to further develop your technical Private Client expertise
- Join a supportive and collaborative team with experienced colleagues around you
- Scope to progress and take on greater responsibility over time
- Good-quality client work with the opportunity to build long-term relationships
- A firm that values client care, quality of work and its people
- Open to both Solicitors and FILEX Lawyers
The Role
We’re working with an established law firm looking to recruit a Private Client Lawyer to join its growing department.
You’ll manage your own caseload and advise clients across a broad range of Private Client matters, with support available from the wider team when required.
Your work is likely to include:
- Estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust matters
- Advising clients and families throughout sensitive situations
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
We’re keen to hear from Solicitors or FILEX Lawyers with experience in Private Client law. You’ll need to be comfortable managing your own matters, with strong client care skills and a practical, approachable style.
You don’t necessarily need experience in every area. If you already have a solid Private Client background and want to broaden your technical knowledge, we’d still encourage you to apply.
If you’re looking for a Private Client Lawyer role where you can enjoy varied work, continue developing professionally and become a valued member of the team, apply now for a confidential discussion.
We recruit for a variety of Private Client opportunities, so even if this particular position isn’t quite right, it’s still worth getting in touch.
Your application will not be sent to our client without us speaking with you first and discussing the opportunity in detail.
