Restaurant Manager / Front of House Manager / Floor Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager / Front of House Manager / Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality with , and a comprehensive understanding of fine dining service with Indian and Pakistani food, food preparation, food safety, and team management.

Essential Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of 3–5 years' experience working in 5-star hotels or luxury Indian fine dining restaurants within the Indian subcontinent (India or Pakistan). This experience is essential to ensure a comprehensive understanding of authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine but fusion foods with western dishes, fine dining service standards, and the preparation and presentation of regional and contemporary fusion dishes.
The ideal candidate will have gained their experience in internationally recognised 5-star establishments, where they have developed a strong appreciation of premium hospitality, authentic flavours, and modern Indian subcontinental fusion cuisine.
In addition, applicants must have previous UK restaurant experience and must currently be employed in a similar fine dining Indian restaurant within the UK, allowing for a smooth transition into the role and a clear understanding of UK hospitality standards, customer expectations, food safety regulations, and operational practices.

Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working environment.
- Oversee food preparation and service to ensure consistency, presentation, authenticity, and adherence to the highest fine dining standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement best practices in food production, hygiene, and handling.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to optimise workflow, manage reservations, and handle customer enquiries efficiently.
- Monitor service standards throughout the restaurant to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions on hospitality excellence, fine dining etiquette, food safety protocols, and customer service.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the restaurant in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the restaurant reflects the standards and professionalism expected of a premium fine dining establishment.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager, Front of House Manager, Floor Manager, or Floor Supervisor.
- Essential: Previous experience working in 5-star hotels or luxury Indian fine dining restaurants in India or Pakistan.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine, fine dining service standards, and hospitality culture.
- Currently working in fusion food restaurant where western foods are fused together with Indian/Pakistani flavours
- Proven experience in managing restaurant teams within premium dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards and hospitality regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Relocation to Manchester
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi is crucial.
