Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking as necessary.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
