The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our residential sales department, currently consisting of two property consultants, an administrator and sales progressor.
Ideal for someone who is clear on what a good agency process looks like and enjoys developing and growing a team to support the ambitions of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive instructions, sales agreed, and completions
· Maintain a strong pipeline and improve conversion rates
· Manage, support, and develop the sales team
· Implement and maintain clear sales processes and CRM discipline
· Ensure high standards of client service and communication
· Contribute to the growth and development of the department
Ideal Candidate
· Experience in residential estate agency (senior or management level)
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Organised, process-driven, and consistent
· Positive, growth mindset
· Team player who leads by example
Package
Basic Salary of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. A commission structure aligned to both personal and team performance. OTE £68,000 – £75,000+
