We're looking for enthusiastic Bar Team Members to join the team at Lochgreen House Hotel Spa. You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and supporting the day-to-day operation of our bars and food service areas.

- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks.
- Delivering friendly and attentive customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the bar area.
- Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with stock control and reporting any stock shortages.
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations are followed.
- Working closely with the restaurant, kitchen, and wider hotel team to support seamless service.
- Must be 18 or over due to licensing regulations.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues across the hotel.
